A visit has been arranged to the London Trams depot in Croydon on Monday 16th March. The visit will start with a short presentation on the history and development of the tram system and will be followed by a tour of the depot, control room (as long as there isn’t an incident ongoing), sidings and an inspection of one of the trams.

This visit has been arranged by the Sleepers Association but they are unable to fill all the available spaces and have offered some at short notice to TechSoc. They are keeping some back in case of late member applications so if you find you are on the reserve list you may still get a place when the withheld places are released on Friday.
